At Susan Roderick LLC, we’re committed to providing high-quality digital content, coaching, and community experiences. Because our products are often delivered instantly or include limited-capacity services, we currently do not offer refunds on digital downloads, coaching sessions, or memberships.

We ask that you read the full product descriptions and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

1. Digital Products (Workbooks, Guides, Courses)

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we cannot offer refunds once access has been granted.

2. Coaching Services

Coaching sessions are non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible with 24-hour notice. Missed sessions without notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

3. Memberships & Subscriptions

You may cancel your membership at any time. Access will remain available until the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds are given for unused time.

4. Physical Products (Merchandise)

If merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at love@susanroderick.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit. Proof of damage (photos) may be required.

5. Retreats

Retreat deposits are non-refundable. Final balances and cancellation policies will be clearly stated in your retreat contract and depend on the venue, timeline, and logistics.

6. Exceptions & Questions
