What to Notice This Week

You just saw a pattern that feels familiar.

For now, you don’t need to understand it or track how it works.

Just notice the moments where you think:

“Oh. This is that thing again.”

That’s enough.

You might notice it:

  • In a reaction

  • In a thought

  • In a pause

  • Or just as a vague sense of recognition

You don’t need to label it.
You don’t need to catch it every time.

Seeing it once is already a shift.
